Q. Where can I order from?
A. We ship products to all 7 cities in the United Arab Emirates. But we can’t ship to Ruwais and Dibba since our shipping partners have rules against it.
Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?
A. We think that shopping should be easy for you. That’s why we give free shipping on all orders sent by FedEx and other reputable delivery companies. You can get your package delivered right to your home without paying any extra shipping fees.
Q. Will I get a confirmation number once I place my order?
A. Yes, of course! You will get an order number to use as a reference when you place your order. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you don’t get one within 24 to 48 hours for any reason.
