Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Order Cutoff Time: 10:00 AM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai)
Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday-Friday)
Transit Time: 0 to 1 business days (Monday-Friday)
Delivery Time: 0 to 1 business days (Monday-Friday)
Total Delivery Time: All destinations 1-3 business days.
As soon as you place your order, our team starts working on to ensure timely shipping.
Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will get an order confirmation email with your order number and other information once you place your order. When the item ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a link to track it. There will be a last notice issued when the package arrives.
Shipping Carrier & Cost
We collaborate with FedEx & other delivery companies to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. All orders get free standard shipping.
Shipping Area
We can only ship to the continental United Arab Emirates right now, and not to the following places because of carrier restrictions:
- Ruwais
- Dibba
Packages that are lost or missing
If your tracking status says “delivered” but you haven’t gotten your package yet:
- Double-check to make sure your mailing address is correct.
- Search all the places where you might be able to get your package.
- Ask someone at your residence or among your neighbours if they receive the package.
- Use your tracking number to get in touch with FedEx or the assigned delivery company directly.
Please get in touch with us right away if the package is officially reported lost. We will send you a new package or give you your money back, depending on what you want.
