Refund & Return Policy
Our goal at Pharmacy Tick is to make sure our customers are happy. We accept returns of our products that are defective or non-defective within 30 days after delivery.
Returns
For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
We will fully fix your item at no extra cost, including shipping, if it comes damaged, faulty, or not where it was supposed to be. Kindly get in touch with us right away.
Quality-Related Issues:
If we verify the issue, you can get a replacement or a complete refund.
For Non-Quality-Related Issues:
You can get a refund, but you’ll have to pay a 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the item back.
Not eligible for: Amount paid for fast shipping.
Returns Process
You must return items unused, in their original packing, and with all of their parts, papers, and accessories.
You can only return things that are in “NEW” condition. Returns that look like they’ve been used may be turned down.
We process refunds within 5 business days of getting the item back to our warehouse. The money goes back to the original payment method.

Exchange Process
Please email us at info@pharmacytick.com with your order information to ask for an exchange. Our experts will help you figure out what to do next.
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel an order, please get in touch with us within 2 hours after placing it on our website. Because we process orders so quickly, alterations or cancellations are not permissible beyond this time. Once you place an order, we will begin the fulfilment process.
When we receive your request, our customer care representative will check the status of your order and let you know if you can cancel it.
